See You In December

You can't see it in this dark photo but there is a butt from a huge cigar in an ashtray just in front of my jack-o-lantern's mouth. So yeah, Halloween was pretty amazing this year. We had many more trick or treaters than last year and everything was pretty chill. I made a tomato, olive, and bacon three cheese pizza. The cheeses were cheddar, mozzarella, and feta. Later, we had fancy olives, bread (for dipping in olive oil and herbs), cheeses, crackers, pickles, etc. and it was awesome. And I drank way too much RC Cola. We watched:

Garfield's Halloween Adventure
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Once Bitten
Sleepy Hollow
Halloween
(1978)
It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
Slumber Party Massacre

But all of this is irrelevant now, duders. It is November 1st and I am actually here to bid you farewell until December 1st. You see, I'm participating in National Novel Writing Month again this year in the hopes to finally finish my horror novel. While I've been planning this book since 2002, I really didn't start jamming on it until 2008. This is my third year participating in NANOWRIMO and it has done something that I thought was impossible: it got me to start writing the DAMN THING! Okay, y'all I better get going. But I'll be back. Hell, I might even post some random nonsense this month when I need a break from serial murder and pork tacos.

Inspirations this time:

  1. It's gonna suck-diddly-uck while you're gone, but it's for a good cause.

  3. No one should ever need a break from serial murder and pork tacos. Personally I can't get enough. See you in December, bud. Good luck with the novel!
