So, I bought some used tapes and recorded my new album called onto one of them track by track over the course of about 8 months. When the tape was
full, the album was done. No editing, mixing, or mastering. Just live
synth jams on cassette. Let the tapes be tapes! After that, I copied the
used master tape onto some other used tapes. Finally, I made the covers
out of junk mail so that each one would be unique. And that's the story
of Upcycle. You can buy the tape or download the digital version here. All of the tracks were made between October of 2025 and July of 2026.
